Appointment considerations are as follows;

1. Via a written health history & questionnaire, we will ask you to convey all the details of your concern in writing so we can be as thorough as possible.
   
   
2. Initial consultation is one hour in duration and is $150.00 (taxes included: Canadian requirement). All fees are in Canadian dollars (A bit less expensive than the U.S. dollar.)
   
   
3. Follow-up appointments are half an hour and are $75.00 each.
4. Payment method is by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
   
   
5. Payment in full is required up front prior to the scheduling of the initial appointment.
   
   
6. Payment for follow-up appointments will be processed the day of your appointment.
   
   
7. A late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged for “no shows”, last minute cancellations or any changes with less than 24 hours notice. Renew You requires a 24 hour notice minimum to be confirmed for rescheduling or other changes.
   
   
8. Appointment times are standard business hours, Eastern Standard Time zone.
   
   
9. Unusual appointment times may ever so rarely be arranged to accommodate wide time zone variances, though a premium is charged for this consideration. E-mail the clinic for details. Have patience in these situations. They take time to arrange.
   
   
10. For appointments in the U.S. & Canada, we will call you at the scheduled appointment time and absorb the telephone charges. For all other countries, you must call us for your appointment and bear the phone charges. Understanding and comprehension of English is required.
    
    
11. Quantity of appointments: rough rules of thumb are as follows; Plan for and anticipate the initial appointment plus 5 follow-up appointments for most concerns on average.
    
    
12. Follow up appointments are typically scheduled in 30 day increments.
    
    
13. A smaller window of a one or two week follow-up may be recommended for situations where one may have a multitude of concerns to work on or where there may be some urgency or time variable to the situation.
    
    
14. Any recommendations on foods, supplements or remedies are not included in the cost of the appointment and are an additional cost.
